| In view of the shortage of sources of contribution for scientific journals of local colleges and universities, this paper analyzes ten causes from difficulty of writing, separation of illegal periodicals, orientation in the evaluation of titles of technical posts, improved criteria of paper reviewing, interference of retrieval system etc, and then it puts forward six countermeasures which are beneficial for journal workers. |
