| Knowledge of return is the most important rewards for peer reviewers when they review articles for sci-tech periodicals. The editors should utilize the academic and publishing resources occupied by the periodicals, and enhance the knowledge of return for the peer reviewers. Thus the problems of peer review should be solved fundamentally. The methods of enhancing knowledge of return include increasing knowledge contents of articles, reinforcing knowledge transmission during peer review, and widening the knowledge of return scope, etc. |
