| 从影响编辑审稿决策能力的因素出发,重点阐述提高我国临床医学类期刊编辑审稿决策能力的举措:加强临床医学类期刊编辑专业知识的培养,包括鼓励编辑再学习,从国内外相关杂志已发表的论文、专家审稿单中不断获取专业知识,参加医生交班与查房,向专业人员请教；加强临床医学类期刊编辑的素质培养,包括调动临床医学类期刊编辑的主动性和开阔临床医学类期刊编辑的国际视野。 |

| From factors affected the reviewers decision-making capacity of the editorial, Several initiatives to improve the reviewers decision-making capacity of the clinical medicine journals editors in China were elaborated:Strengthening the cultivation of expertise of the clinical medicine journals editors in China, including to encourage editor to learn, gain expertise from foreign magazines and the review list of the expert reviewers, participate in the doctor' s shift and rounds, consult professionals. Strengthening the quality training of clinical medicine journals editors, including to transfer the initiative of the clinical medicine journals editors and open the international perspective of the clinical medicine journals editors. |
