| Young editors are the future and hope of the medical journals, and soliciting contributions is an important way to ensure the academic quality of the medical journals, so young editors must learn well how to solicite contributions. This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of young editors, and the difficulties that they should overcome during the process of soliciting contributions. Then some suggestions are proposed according to the experience of the author and of the editorial board of Journal of Practical Medicine. |
