| 中医学期刊的青年编辑要真正成长为一名兼具专业技能和学术水平的专业人员,需要弥补出版专业理论性知识欠缺、中医学学术性素养浅薄、中医学专业性背景制约、工作创新性思维有限等不足。认为该类期刊的青年编辑培养应引入中医传统的师带徒模式——首拜编辑之师,强化编辑出版业务知识,提高文学素养与写作水平,培养作者队伍建设的方法；再拜临床之师,建立实用性强的中医学临床知识体系,并培养敏感的临床思维、广阔的医学视角:以此构建专业类期刊人才培养的特色模式。 |

| To let the young editors of Chinese medical periodicals really grow into professionals with both professional skills and high academic levels, it needs to remedy such defects as deficiency of knowledge of publishing and deficiency of academic literacy Chinese Medicine (CM), background restriction of specialty of CM and limited innovative thoughts. Firstly, young editors should be taught by supervisors of editor to strengthen knowledge of publishing, improve literature accomplishment and writing level, and train methods of building author group. Secondly, young editors should learn from clinical supervisors to establish practical theory system of clinical CM and culture sensitive clinical thoughts and broad medical viewpoints. |
