| 为了正确认识评审专家与编辑的关系,提升科技期刊的学术质量,通过对评审专家与编辑在同行评议中作用的分析,阐述评审专家与编辑的博弈关系。认为:审稿专家与编辑之间是合作不是替代,是制约不是对立,两者在博弈中的合作与制约可有效发挥同行评议的作用,最终提高科技期刊质量。 |

| To correctly understand the relationship between peer-reviewer and editor, and improve the academic quality of sci-tech journals, this article analyzes the roles of peer-reviewer and editor in the peer review process, and elaborates the game relationship between them. It is thought that the relationship between peer-reviewer and editor is cooperation rather than substitution, is restraint but not opposition, and the game between the peer-reviewer and editor could make peer-review more effective,and improve the quality of sci-tech journals. |
