| Reviewing manuscripts is a principal link in the editing work. Editors' actions in reviewing manuscripts are very important. Editors should not only preliminarily review the manuscripts and select suitable peer reviewers, but also strengthen the communication with the referees and with authors, supply information services, examine reviewers' comments and check the authors' revisions, so as to fulfill the editors' responsibilities. |
