介绍医教研三位一体演绎编辑角色的实践与体会。认为:编辑工作绝不是一种单纯的、封闭的文字加工工作。要想做好编辑工作,要有开放的思维方式,要有积极进取的精神,要有脚踏实地的工作作风。要不断学习,充分利用一切条件从多角度演绎编辑角色。编辑的多重身份不但不会影响编辑工作,反而会使编辑工作更加丰富多彩。 |

The practice and experience of being an editor, a multiple role combining physician, teacher and researcher, are introduced. It is believed that the editorial work is far more than a simple and enclosed word processing work. An editor should have an open mind, a positive enterprising spirit and a down-to-earth work style. Moreover, an editor needs constant learning, and plays the editor's role from multi-dimensions by using everything. The multiple identity of an editor not only affects the editorial work, but also makes the work more colorful, exciting and challenging. |
