| According to the international standards and national standards of English expressions of geographical names as well as the present state of the case in our country, this paper sums up the problems of English expressions of Chinese geographical names, especially the expressions easy to be mistaken, existing in geographical journals. We analyze the causes of the mistakes, and put forward some suggestions to avoid the mistakes from an editor's perspective, with a view to providing references for editors and authors of geographical journals. |
