| In order to promote the level of an academic journal, and to inject vitality into the journal's sustainable development, it requires editors to treat any author sincerely during the communication. Editors should also consider what authors really needs, be impartial and selfless in their communication with the authors and regard them as friends. By this way can the humanistic quality of an editor be reflected. |
