| To motivate authors' interest in reading full-text papers, editors should pay attention to the polishing of abstracts. This paper demonstrates the methods of editing structured abstracts which are normally comprised of introduction, methods, results, and discussion (IMRAD). Suggestions are given for processing each part of the IMRAD structure, and the framework and main contents of abstracts are summarized. |
