| 期刊出版增刊行政审批被取消后,行政主管部门从管理的需要出发,及时出台了期刊出版增刊事前备案制度。按照备案程序和要求认真做好报送备案工作,严格依照法律法规出版增刊,明确相关主体的责任及其法律后果等是出版增刊时应注意的事项。 |

| After the administrative examination and approval of supplementary publications being canceled, the state press and publication authorities draft timely the prior filing system on the supplementary publications in accordance with the management needs. Several issues for consideration in supplementary publication include:making the filing according to procedures and requirements, publishing supplementary issues in strict accordance with laws and regulations, and making clear responsibilities of relevant agents and legal consequences. |
