| 为了提高科技期刊的办刊水平,提出基于信息搜集整理并利用的办刊策略,分析信息资源的重要性,给出了信息搜集的途径、信息的评价和利用方法,并用办刊实例说明广泛的信息搜集、有效的归纳整理、有针对性的合理利用是科技期刊有效的经营策略。在此基础上总结出信息搜集利用过程中应具备的意识和需注意的问题。 |

| In order to improve the level of sci-tech journal publishing, this paper presents a journal publishing strategy based on information gathering and utilization. Approaches of collecting information and methods of assessing and utilizing information are proposed through analyzing the importance of information resources. An instance is given to illustrate that extensive gleaning, effective summarization and reasonable utilization of information are useful strategies for sci-tech publishing. On this basis, attentions in the course of information collection are summarized. |
