| In this paper, the submission of an international manuscript is used to reflect the attitude and management of foreign editors in such treatment as answering to authors, developing new idea for the program, guiding action in communication, and maintaining the authors' rights and interests. During these processes, editors can play a crucial, active role in controlling the journal quality and preventing the academic misconduct. |
