| 中文核心期刊在国内期刊评价和科学评价中发挥了重要作用。1992—2011年,《中文核心期刊要目总览》共修订5次出版6版,评价指标不断丰富和完善,由重数量评价转向重质量和学术影响力评价；但依然存在很多问题,如论文被引频次重复计算、对期刊自引处理不当、绝对量指标过多而相对量指标过少、对论文下载量指标重视不够等。针对这些问题提出了改进建议。 |

| Chinese core journals play an important role in evaluating journals and sciences. A Guide to the Core Journals of China has been revised five times and published in six editions, and the evaluating indexes have been constantly enriched, shifting from quantity-emphasized to quality-oriented evaluation. However, many problems still exist, for instance, repetitive computation of citations, improper handling of self-citations, too many absolute but few relative magnitude indexes, and insufficient emphasis on article download indexes. Some improvement measures are proposed targeting at these problems. |
