| Guidance is widely set up as an important column in newspapers and popular science journals; however, technical journals largely undervalue it. In this paper, we review the situation of guidance in medical journals, analyze the reasons why such columns are fewer in them, and explore the necessity of guidance columns in medical journals and the demands to editors. |
