| Through the analysis of the background, development and experience of open access (OA) journals at home and abroad, the author suggests that the journals of colleges and universities should change their sense of business to actively cope with OA trend, and provides detailed strategies and suggestions in aspects of network journals, network promotion and editorial quality. |
