| The connotations of quality of sci-tech periodicals are described, which include academic quality, editorial quality and publication quality. The authors analyze the three aspects of quality in detail and provide their assessing criteria. The quality control of sci-tech periodicals is divided into feedforward control, concurrent control and feedback control from editorial flow. Each control is defined. Control tactics and main points are pointed out. Finally, the importance to improve the quality of sci-tech periodicals is described. |
