| 为持续提高新疆高校科技期刊的质量、影响力及其编辑部的管理成效,结合本部管理的实践,探讨了新疆高校科技期刊编辑部目标化管理的内容、过程与方法,认为编辑部目标化管理的关键在于:加强编辑部组织、作风建设,统一全员办刊理念与发展目标,强化多位一体的团队观念,注重制度管理和人本管理相结合与过程监控,加强网络数字化建设,不断提升编辑部目标化、制度化、标准化、规范化、网络化管理的水平。 |

| In order to constantly improve the quality, influence and effectiveness of editorial management of sci-tech journals in Xinjiang, we discuss the content, process and method of object management of the editorial department of the sci-tech journals in Xinjiang, by combining the practice of our own. The key of object management lies in:strengthening the construction of editorial department organization and style of working, unifying the concept and development goal of the entire staff, strengthening the team concept, paying attention to the combination of system management and people-oriented management and process control, strengthening the construction of digital network, continuously improving the level of institutionalization, standardization, normalization, networking in the department management. |
