| 学术论文出版前,作者撤稿的主要原因是:其自信心不足,一稿多投；编辑服务意识不强,信息传递不及时；期刊出版时滞长,影响发稿时效；期刊影响力低,对作者缺乏吸引力。认为充分挖掘来稿的“闪光点”,实行投稿承诺制,提高期刊影响力,是遏制作者撤稿的有效举措。 |

| Bfore his paper obtains approval from the editors for publication, the author decides to withdraw the paper mainly because of the lack of his self-confidence and his contribution of the paper to several academic journals. The second reason lies in that the editors’ sense of service is not strong enough and the communication between the editor and the author is not timely. Another reason is that the delay of publication of the paper by the periodical affects the effectiveness of delivery of the paper. And the last reason is that the journal is not attractive enough to the author because of its limitation of influence. The solutions to the withdrawal of the academic papers by the author before its publication are to take full advantage of the strengths of the paper, to implement contributor commitment system and to enhance the influence of the academic journal. |
