| To protect the copyright of the authentic authors, and promote the healthy development of the academic periodicals, this paper analyzes the authorship misconduct and its legal significance. The authors suggest that the authorship misconduct judgment and penalty mechanism should be established as soon as possible, and the authorship in periodicals should be standardized from the legal perspective. |
