| 以《中华肿瘤杂志》为例,介绍其《专题综论》和《癌症论坛》2个特色栏目设置的初衷及其特点,并从构建编委、栏目主持专家、栏目编辑的合作机制,建立以约稿为主、自由投稿和专家荐稿相结合的组稿机制,控制好发表文章的质和量,缩短发表周期,提供优势版面及重视栏目编辑的培养几个方面来探讨发展特色栏目的举措。从读者和作者的反馈以及社会效益和经济效益方面探讨发展特色栏目的意义。 |

| This article, taking Chinese Journal of Oncology as an example, introduces the purposes and features of two characteristic columns:"Reviews" and "Cancer forum". It also explores the measures to develop characteristic columns from aspects such as establishing a mechanism of cooperation among editorial board, experts and column editors, creating a contribution solicitation mechanism focusing on contribution inviting with a combination of free contribution and experts' recommendation, controlling quality of articles, shortening publishing period, providing superior page layout and cultivating column editors. In addition, the paper discusses the significance of developing characteristic columns from aspects of readers' and authors' feedback as well as of social and economic benefits. |
