| This paper presents a literature review on building up sci-tech journal publishing team from the perspectives of editor-in-chief, editorial board members, science editors, reviewers and management staff. It analyzes the position, role, quality and responsibility of all levels of staff. Then, the paper summarizes and has an outlook at the progress of the journal publishing team buildup in the future. |
