| 提高期刊质量是很多科技期刊发展诸多问题中亟待解决的关键问题,而提高编辑人员素质是提高办刊水平和期刊质量的关键。文章以《应用生态学报》为例,阐明何为“编辑人才”,分析为什么说“编辑人才是强刊的关键”,阐述如何使编辑人才“为我所用”,从而为提高科技期刊质量提供参考。 |

| To improve the quality of periodicals is the key to solve many problems in the development of scientific journals, and to improve editor's quality is crucial to improve the level and quality of journal publishing. This paper discusses what talented editors are, why talented editors are the key to improve the quality of journals, and how to use talented editors' ability, combining with the actual situation of Chinese Journal of Applied Ecology, in order to provide reference and inspiration to improve the quality of sci-tech journals. |
