      结合当前我国学术期刊诚信表现,论述学术期刊诚信服务体系的建设作用,并从建设主体、信息建设渠道、数据库功能设计3个方面阐释学术期刊诚信服务体系的运作框架。认为依托学术期刊诚信信息公共服务平台可开展面向社会公众的学术期刊诚信信息公共服务、基于第三方机构的学术期刊综合评价服务、面向学科建设的学术期刊优质资源推介服务、面向科研人才的学术水平评估报告服务和面向定制需求的知识型产品研发服务。
英文摘要:
      Regarding the current honesty and credit performance of academic journals in China, this paper discusses the role of honesty and credit service system in academic journals. Then, it analyzes the operational frame from aspects of subject, information seeking channels and database design for features. Finally, honesty and credit services can be applied in the integrity information disclosure of the academic journals for the public, the comprehensive credit evaluation of the academic journals by a third-party organization, the quality resource recommendation for discipline construction, the personalized academic evaluation report for researchers and the knowledge product development for various customized demands, which is based on the public service platform of honesty and credit information on academic journals.
