| 阐述编辑与研究生作者就稿件问题有效沟通的方式。基于研究生作者所投稿件的特殊性,提出编辑应从增强服务意识出发采用与研究生作者电话沟通的修稿方式。认为这一方法具有提高修稿效率和吸引更多作者投稿的作用,沟通时编辑应做到对稿件内容的真正理解并做好充分的准备。 |

| The effective way of communication by phone call between editors and graduate students when revising manuscripts is elaborated. Due to the particularity of manuscripts of graduate students, editors should strengthen the consciousness of service for graduate students by means of telephone communication. It is believed that by using this method the efficiency of manuscript revision could be improved and more contributions could be attracted. It is suggested that editors should have a thorough understanding of the paper content, and make full preparation for the phone call communication. |
