| 青年编委组为《药物不良反应杂志》编委会的辅助组织和后备队伍,受编委会领导。在编委会的指导下,青年编委在组稿、撰稿和组织学术交流活动等方面均发挥了积极作用。一方面,青年编委组的建立,扩大了编委的组织从而扩大了杂志的影响,扩大了审稿专家队伍从而加快了审稿速度,扩大了作者队伍从而增加了优质稿源；另一方面,建立青年编委队伍,也给青年医学及药学工作者提供了成长和进步的平台、施展才能的舞台,对于杂志的后续发展是不可忽视的重要力量。 |

| Young editorial committee is an auxiliary organization of editorial board under the leadership of editorial board in Adverse Drug Reactions Journal. Under the guidance of editorial board, the young editorial committee members played positive roles in such aspects as soliciting contributions, organizing manuscripts as well as academic exchanges. On the one hand, the establishment of the young editorial committee expands the organization size of the editorial board thus improving the influence of the magazine, widens the peer reviewer team thus accelerating the reviewing speed；and expands the author team thus increasing the high-quality articles. On the other hand, building young editorial committee provides a platform of growth and progress and a stage for young doctors and pharmacists. The young editorial committee is an important force for the subsequent development of the journal. |
