| According to the working responsibility heart is not strong problem under the condition of market economy part editor, the author analyzed the two aspects of internal and external causes, and focused on internal analysis from the three aspects, i.e., birth of ability from doing, intention to bearing at ease, competency from liability. Author's address Editorial Department of Chinese Journal of Applied Ecology, Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, 110016, Shenyang, China [KH*2/3] 当前,在我国经济体制深刻变革、社会结构深刻变动、利益格局深刻调整、思想观念深刻变化的新形势下,编辑人员的工作责任心发生了一系列变化。部分编辑人员在实际工作中安于现状、不思进取、工作浮躁、把关不严、追逐名利[1]。虽然很多期刊相继实行了责任编辑制度,但是很多人甚至责任编辑本人,对责任的内涵并不清楚:有人把它看作是一种荣誉和评职称的阶梯；有人把它看作只是“例行公事”[2]。 部分编辑人员工作责任心不强,固然有市场经济条件下内外环境日趋多变的影响,家庭、伤病等现实问题的影响,以及评定职称、评优评先等标准细化量化上存在差距的影响；但外因通过内因起决定性作用,责任心不强主要还是对岗位认识有偏差[3],这极大地影响了编辑人员的工作积极性、主动性和创造性。 要提高编辑人员的责任意识,切实做到用心强素质,倾心尽职责,争当奋进求为的编辑人才。 |
