| 在科技期刊集群发展的大背景下,从形成栏目特色、强化刊物传播力、整合集群竞争力3方面分析优质论文在科技期刊二次发表的价值,提出集群内基于中英文刊、核心普通刊、跨学科刊和集群信息论文库的二次发表的做法,认为应注意优质论文二次发表的条件、发表时机和著作权问题。 |

| In the context of clustered development of scientific journals, secondary publication of high quality manuscripts which promote the formation of the column characteristics, strengthen the spread of journal power and integrate clustered competitive power. Methods of secondary publication of high quality papers are introduced based on all kinds of journals and cluster information database. Finally, some issues of secondary publication, i.e., requirements, opportunities and copyright are pointed out. |
