| Peer review is an important approach to guarantee the quality of sci-tech academic journals. Editors can play a dominant role in the process of peer review, through identifying the academic misconduct, evaluating the academic quality of the manuscript, improving the standards of the manuscript, better communication between reviewers and authors, so as to improve the quality of peer review. |
