| 从坚守办刊底线,坚守审稿流程,坚守科技期刊出版标准化、规范化3个方面论述高校普通科技期刊面对困境时的职业操守和编辑出版原则问题；通过缩短出版时滞、适当突破稿件内向性和建设特色栏目等方面探讨高校普通科技期刊扩大稿源,提高刊物质量,走出困境,实现突围的路径。 |

| The professional integrity and principles of editing and publishing of university general sci-tech periodicals are discussed from three aspects:adhering to the principles of publishing, strictly implementing the processes of reviewing manuscripts, and adhering to standardization and normalization of sci-tech periodicals. We can increase submissions by shortening the publication cycle, breaking out introversion of manuscripts and establishing special columns, so as to improve journal quality and step out of the dilemma of university general sci-tech periodicals. |
