| In order to give full play to academic demonstration function of cited references, and guarantee the accuracy, reality and effectiveness of academic evaluation based on citations, attention should be paid to the quality of citations in reviewing. This paper puts forward three essential factors in this regard:citation form, citation contents and citation roles, and expounds the key points of reviewing. |
