| Medical journal editors, readers and authors are the main subjects in academic exchange. They influence each other. As a link of readers and authors, editors should adhere to the idea of "running the journal for readers", understand the needs of readers, and ensure the readability of the journal. On the other hand, editors should also strengthen the senses of cultivation and service to authors, promote and facilitate the excellent output, improve the spread of power and influence of the journal, and thus to promote the smooth development of academic journals ultimately. |
