| By taking "thalidomide incident", "tetracycline" and other specific examples, this paper illustrates the great value of building a coexistence and defense platform for journals that provides the both sides of research. We hold that by increasing the magazine's own dialectical philosophy, clarifying objectives and scope of the journal, learning effective measures taken by foreign periodicals, scientific journals would achieve their return realistically. |
