| This paper proposes three principles and a general guideline for archival management of manuscripts of sci-tech periodicals. The value-based management of classifying manuscripts with the path that the manuscripts encounter and with "one file for each manuscript", and the specific contents of manuscript archives are provided. The significance of archival management is discussed in respects of information resources, incremental resources and traceable resources. |
