| The concepts of citable document and non-citable documents (NCD) are introduced in this paper. Statistical analysis of citation characteristics of NCD are then carried out in detail. We hold that NCD can also be cited, and even may have high citation frequency. Through bibliometric analysis, we discuss the contribution of NCD to journal impact factor. |
