| 作为资深的办刊人,认为目前中国科技期刊的有些举措难免有急功近利之嫌,包括过度重视经济效益而忽略人才培养,重视传播渠道而淡化内容为王,建设小而全的编辑部阻碍资源共享。建议在网络时代期刊依然要坚持内容为王,争取重要科研成果的首发权义不容辞,通过不断学习新知识在内忧外患的环境中助力浴火重生,从而为在中国打造出国际高水平期刊而努力。 |

| As an experienced Editor-in-Chief, the author holds that the sci-tech journals in China may well be too anxious to achieve quick success and get instant benefits. That is mainly presented as paying primary attention to economic benefits rather than cultivation of talents, putting too much emphasis on marketing channel rather than informational content, and establishing too many small and fully equipped editorial departments which blocks resource sharing. The author asserts that for the professional journalism to confront with the challenge in the internet era, we should stick to “content is king” and strive for First Publication Rights for important scientific articles. In order to build up international class journals we are required to keep learning new knowledge and work hard. |
