| Based on the theory of sociological role positioning, this paper probes into the role orientation of the chief editors of sci- tech journals from three aspects, i.e., the political accomplishment, social activity and decision-making capability. The comprehensive qualities required for chief editors of sci- tech journals are also analyzed and summarized. |
