| According to the meaning of "qi"(其) in the Modern Chinese Dictionary and the definition of "subject" in Unabridged Dictionary, we discriminate the usage of "qi" in five periodicals of editing and publishing domain and three periodicals of lingual and literal domain. We think that the pronoun of "qi" could be used as subject in vernacular Chinese. |
