| Combined with the excellent performance of the editor-in-chief of Chronic Pathematology Journal in the special soliciting meeting, the roles of an editor-in-chief in special subject planning of sci-tech journals are expounded, such as having a pursuit in common with journal, playing an exemplary role in work, inspiring creation of the editorial board members, ensuring practical work. The special soliciting mode of "editor-in-chief leads, editorial board members work and pull together, editors fully cooperate" is explored and practiced. |
