| Aiming at the misunderstanding about the cooperation between editors and reviewers in peer review of academic journals, and in order to improve the efficiency of peer review, the author proposes values, service and win-win concepts in cooperation between them, as well as the concrete methods in how to build the cooperative and win-win strategy for the sustainable development of the relationship between the reviewers and the editors. |
