| 期刊的转企和转型给学术期刊带来前所未有的冲击,当下的继续教育制度不能给编辑注入更多充实和新鲜的养分,难以应对时代的挑战。为了让学术期刊编辑向“一专多能”的学者型编辑转变,必须对继续教育制度进行改革,使之具有针对性和实用性,真正达到培养和塑造全能型编辑的目的。 |

| Transformation and reform bring unprecedented challenges to academic journals. The current system of continuing education cannot meet editors' need of development. It is difficult for editors to cope with the challenges of the time. In order to make journals geared to international standards in the process of digitalization, we must reform education system with pertinence and practicability to achieve the goal of cultivating and shaping all-around editors. |
