| 基于对2012年版SCI《期刊引证报告》(JCR)中415种高影响因子期刊的主编任用情况与刊物主办和出版情况的调研,分析有一定代表性的几个出版机构所办刊物的主编选用机制,了解了其主编的选拔和任用流程。发现国际高影响刊物在不同主办和出版模式下对主编的要求有所不同,专业出版商独立主办和出版的高影响国际学术期刊在主编选用上呈现不同态势,值得中国学术期刊在国际化发展过程中参考。 |

| Based on a survey of 415 high impact international STM journals in the SCI Journal Citation Report (JCR) released in 2012, information on the chief editors of these journals and their publishing and sponsoring organizations is collected, and a further analysis on the selection and appointment of the chief editors in relation to the publisher and sponsor relationship is conducted. The results show that the way how the publisher and sponsor collaborate in running the journal significantly affects the selection of chief editors for these high impact journals, and independent commercial publishers tend to use young scientists as chief editors. This may provide a reference to the international development of Chinese STM journals. |
