| Normative expression of numbers can make the sci-tech articles more serious. Sci-tech journals should pay much attention to the format of number expression. In different cases, sci-tech articles have different requirements to the format of numbers, number precision, units and order. Sometimes, there are some slight differences between English and Chinese in expression of numbers. Thus, this paper compares different ways of number expression in sci-tech papers from multiple points of view. We expect it helpful to other editorial offices of English journals. |
