| In order to explore the ways academic sci-tech journals colleges and universities fulfill their social responsibilities, this paper sums up the experience of Journal of Liaoning Shihua University. We suggest that journals can fulfill their social responsibilities in a people-oriented way by paying attention to the safety evaluation of the process of the accident to clarify facts, stabilizing popular sentiment, playing the role as media, warning potential seasonal safety hazards, focusing on hot spots within the industry, and offering advice and suggestions for national major projects. |
