| From the perspective of self-development for young editors in sci-tech journals, three self-advancing steps are proposed as follows:1) developing interest and initiative learning in the elementary level; 2) more practice and accumulation in the intermediate level; and 3) profound thinking and making summaries in the proficient level. In this way, young editors will achieve a beautiful transformation by improving their multiple qualities. |
