| Editors should not only pay attention to manuscripts, but also should pay more attention to authors. Editors of sci-tech journals should have good consciousness of service. The features of sci-tech journal editors' function of serving authors are summarized, and its main ways are concluded. Based on our experience, it is pointed out that it is an effective way to enhance the quality of publishing via improving the editors' consciousness of service. |
