| Editorial board members are an important resource for academic periodicals and play crucial role in improving journal quality and expanding the periodical influence. Journal editorial office should not only emphasize the board members' responsibility and obligation, but also attach importance to the humanistic care to them, completely recognize their contribution to the journal development, arouse their enthusiasm to participate in running the journal. By these ways, journals and editorial board members can achieve a win-win situation, and create a joint development of the academic environment. |
