| 为了保证学术期刊优秀稿源的稳定性,提出了学术期刊作者点、线、面的立体培养策略:从提高编辑自身修养出发,为广大作者提供全方位的编辑服务,选取具潜力的作者进行重点培养,以保证期刊稳定的优秀作者群,提高其优秀稿件的产出能力。 |

| In order to ensure the stability of manuscript sources for outstanding scholarly journals, this paper presents a point-line-surface dimensional training strategy for authors. We think that editors should improve their self-cultivation so as to provide a full range of editorial services for authors, and choose potential authors for emphasized training. In this way, scholarly journals can foster a stable group of elite authors, and raise the output capacity of outstanding manuscripts. |
