| The essay discusses the cooperation between editors and authors from the perspective of editorial staff. The cooperation includes editors' learning from authors, their being strict with authors and their serving authors warmly. The purpose is to realize the close cooperation between editors and authors in order to enhance the quality of journals, the editors and the authors. |
